Cat smashed against wall

In a dreadful act of spite a man attempted to drown his girlfriend's cat and then smashed it against a bathroom wall. There was also blood on the ceiling and the man 18year old Christopher Overton was found guilty on three animal cruelty charges even though he failed to attend court. The prosecution said the animal had fractures and brain injuries consistent with having been swung by the tail.
