The most horrific incident has taken place in Manchester where a bin bag with five severed cats heads has been found. There is a complete mystery about the incident although the bag was found in a side street on Manchester's Curry mile. The incident took place in August but no one seems really sure if this was motivated by anti cat hatred, a use of cats to supplement food, or some perverse fetish. The mystery remains unsolved.
