Pet Cat found bleeding from GUNSHOT wounds!

Sago, a cat homed to a family in Lichfield
has had to have his tail amputated after
suffering serious gunshot wounds.
The four-year-old Oriental Bengal cross was covered in blood near his home.

Sago’s family, The MacReas (Pictured above), were informed by a vet a who took their beloved cat to the vets.

Sago was shot in the back left leg, the vet confirming it was broken and full of pellets in addition to the injuries to his tail.

Sago’s owner Kate said:

"Sago is part of the family like all of our animals. I'm horrified that someone could shoot him. He is a very friendly character and loved by local people."

Kate hopes that whoever shot her family's cat is caught and is appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
