This abandoned moggie at first glance looks like any other, but when you take a closer look at this beautiful black and white cat, you will see she was born with a marking on her side – a perfect HEART. Last month Black and white ‘Bettie Davis’ was handed to Gables Farm dogs’ and cats’. The poor cat looked dishevelled and emaciated after she was neglected by her previous owners.
Staff at the home in Plymouth, Devon were stunned when they went to pick up the two-year-old moggie and spotted the distinctive marking on her side.
Carer Katie Barkell said:
‘'We're desperate for a caring family to come forward and take her in as she has such a lovely temperament to match the markings on her side.’
Bettie is just one of dozens of cats waiting to be re-homed at the care centre in Plymouth.
