Cats become living robots

A strange, unidentifiable disease is turning cats into living robots. They develop a strange, stiff gait and their tails become rigid sticking strangely out behind them. Vets have failed to find a cure and eventually the cats die or humanely put down. The disease seems to be limited to a very identifiable area between Aberdeen and Inverness. There have been a total of 50 cases so far but there is no evidence that this strange rigidity has spread to humans.
