Special cat curing oils

Cyrus King witnessed his cat being hit by a car near his home in Handsworth, Birmingham. However he refused to take it to a vet as he said he had 'special oils' to cure the badly injured animal's leg. Nonetheless the leg eventually had to be amputated by a vet and the cat is now in care. King claimed the oils would encourage the growth of new skin. A warrant has been issued for his arrest after he failed to appear in court on charges of animal cruelty.
