Cat Cafe in Vienna

There are 39 cat cafes in Tokyo set up because Japanese flats don't really have enough space for animals to stretch out. Now the first cat cafe has opened in Vienna to give cats the same experience. Cafe Neko ( neko is Japanese for cat) has been opened by Takao Ishimitsu ( a Japanese). Only one animal is strictly banned - dogs!
