Fat cats survive without food
Two fat cats have survived without food after their elderly owner died in hospital in Walsall, West Midlands. They were close to death but still weighed twice the weight of an ordinary cat. It is believed that they licked tiny amounts of water from a tap that they discovered was still dripping.
