The Chancellor of the exchequer's carries electronic devices

Rumours abound in Downing St the homes of the Prime Minister and the Chancellor of the Exchequer that Freya the Chancellor's cat may be bugged. She went missing for two years but electronic surveillance in the nature of a chip on her shoulder enabled her to be identified wandering in Nottinghill. A Tory source has suggested that the Chinese may have got her and secreted devices to bug number 10 and number 11. As yet Freya has made no comment.
