Cat poo is neither as large or as offensive as dog mess however it can lead to a crisis. In Chippenham, Wiltshire, UK a Mr Pidgeon decided to remove cat faeces from is garden by throwing it over his fence. Little did he realise the offence he was causing to his neighbour. Matthew Lucas took great exception to the variety of cat poo on his lawn and confronted his neighbour. In the ensuing fracas Mr Pidgeon's forehead made contact with Mr Lucas's nose.
The Magistrates cleared Lucas of assault. No cat was convicted of littering, loitering or violence.
