Private Eye seeks cat called Valentino

A private eye was hired to search for Valentino who disappeared from his home in Birmingham UK. The private 'dics' did all the usual Philip Marlowe things knocking on doors and searching likely hideouts. Whether all this activity frightened Valentino out of hiding we'll never know as he appeared back home unaccompanied. The sleuths are denying any crime was committed.
