Starving kittens dumped on pavement

Four dying kittens were dumped on the pavement in King's Heath , Birmingham UK. Fortunately the local community rallied round and the kittens were taken to Cramar cat rescue where they have been brought back to heath and hopefully good homes. It is difficult to understand how this might have happened and why anyone should leave the poor creatures to die.
